Some of the important features of Healthy Soft Case Management / Care Coordination System for Healthy Start Programs include:

• System maintained and kept up-to-date with HRSA-MCHB guidelines. Any changes in the HRSA-MCHB guidelines for Forms, Reports, Workflows and / or Audit items will be implemented at no additional charges.
• All 6 HRSA-MCHB Screening Tools (English and Spanish versions) are integrated in the Case Management System; this means users won’t have to enter same data into two separate systems.
• All standard HRSA-MCHB Reports can be generated very easily – just set the time period and click.
• All required HRSA-MCHB Screening Tool Xml files can be generated very easily – just set the time period and click.
• Outgoing Referrals, Follow Up, Contact Attempts, Enrollment, and Encounter Forms are integrated for Preconception, Prenatal, Post-Partum, Inter-Conception / Parenting, and Pediatric Case Types.
• The EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Screening) and PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire-9) for depression screening are integrated in the Prenatal, Post-Partum, and Inter-Conception / Parenting Case Types. Other depression screening tools are available on request.
• All Healthy Soft systems are hosted on Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Compliant Servers from Microsoft Azure for better security and performance.
• Built- in Role based Authorization to set permissions on different objects for users.
• Simple interface is easy to understand and strictly follows all industry standard specifications.
• Authentication can be done through Healthy Soft (Internal and Integrated), or by using Microsoft and / or Google Standard External Authentication Providers. Advantages of using Standard External Authentication Providers are:
  • Cloud based directory and Identity Management for user account safety
  • Single Sign-On for Healthy Soft Applications and numerous Standard Applications (Office 365, G Suite, etc.)
  • Multi-factor Authentication using multiple devices (Mobile gets the verification code by text)
  • Device Registration ensures only authorized devices can access the application
  • Self Service Password Management so users can maintain their passwords themselves
• We will organize training webinars for users from multiple Healthy Start Programs. Users can post their issues, comments, suggestions and questions in a common collaboration site.
• This system communicates with the Central Database using Secured Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 bits of encryption for Enhanced Protection of Data.
• The system daily scans and generates an Audit list for missing data and logical mistakes in data entry.

Conditions for the Cost Free Plan:

• The maximum number of users is 5, where each user may have multiple roles.
• An initial one-time setup fee of $500.00 will be charged. There will be no subsequent charges for using the system.
• The contract can be cancelled at any time, for any reason with 30 days’ notice. We will provide a backup copy of the database in Microsoft Sql Server format at a nominal charge of $100.00.
• No customization will be made in existing Forms, Reports, Workflows, and Audit items.
• If an Organization wants to upgrade to either the Professional or Enterprise plan, Healthy Soft will transfer the data from Free Plan at no extra charge.
