Dr. Su An Arnn Phipps
Su An Phipps R. N., Ph.D. is the Founding Director of Healthy Women, Healthy Futures Oklahoma (a community based pre-pregnancy women’s health program) and is the evaluator for Tulsa’s Community Service Council’s Healthy Start program. As a former university nursing faculty, Su assisted in the development, modification and validation of a maternal-child risk assessment, which some Healthy Start projects are using.
- She will discuss the opportunity for correlation of HRSA screening tool or risk assessment data with maternal-infant outcomes.

Arvind served more than 20 Healthy Start Programs for more than 10 years. He understands Healthy Start Case Management, the HRSA-MCHB reports, and other reports required at the local office.
